It is an important day awaited by every mother, and one that she would prefer to pass without tears and tearing of sensitive skin. From the 34th week, you can prepare through regular massage with Perineum Massage Oil to enhance the elasticity of the skin for childbirth. With sweet almond oil and wheat germ oil, rich in vitamin E, the oil is specifically designed for massage to help the skin in the perineal area become more elastic and prepared for childbirth.

Benefits:

Hydrates and prepares the skin for childbirth; regular massage in the perineal area helps maintain the softness and elasticity of the skin. Dermatologically tested. The oil is part of Weleda's Pregnancy and Breastfeeding product range and has been created with the assistance of experienced midwives and pharmacists.

Free from synthetic preservatives, fragrances, and colorants, or mineral oil-based raw materials.

Ingredients:

Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil Triticum Vulgare (Wheat) Germ Oil Fragrance (Parfum) 1 Limonene 1 Linalool 1 Citronellol 1 Geraniol 1 Citral 1 Eugenol 1. 1 From natural essential oils.

Usage instructions:

The massage can be performed by you or your partner. Massage 3-4 times a week for 5-10 minutes, starting from the 34th week of pregnancy. It is recommended to do the massage after a warm bath and once the bladder is emptied. Moisturize your thumb (or index finger, if your partner is performing the massage) with perineal massage oil and gently apply it to the skin without causing pain. Insert the finger into the vagina until it meets resistance with the other finger. Perform a gentle, rhythmic massage on the vaginal wall with circular movements, like the hands of a clock going from 3 to 9 and vice versa. With each massage, you will feel the tissues and muscles becoming more relaxed and supple, allowing the duration of the massage to be increased. Massage until you feel a light tingling sensation and continue to massage the tissue between the vagina and the rectum gently between the thumb and middle fingers. After the massage, any excess oil can be removed using warm water. If you have any concerns about perineal massage, please consult your midwife or doctor.
