ICE POWER REUSE HOT / COLD PACK

The Ice Power Cold / Hot Pack is a flexible reusable pad. 

Ice Power Gel Pack can be used as cryotherapy to relieve pain, inflammation and swelling.

For non-inflammatory pain, you can heat the pad and use it as heat therapy.

In case of injury and prolonged muscle pain, it is recommended to continue cryotherapy with Ice Power Cold Gel.

Instructions for use as a Cold Pack: Relieves pain and reduces swelling. Use for example for muscle and joint pain and to relieve symptoms of soft tissue injuries. Chill in freezer or refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Instructions for use as a Hot Pack: To treat pains that are not accompanied by inflammation. Use for example for prolonged muscle tension and to relieve period pain. You can heat the product by immersing it in hot water (maximum temperature + 80 °C) for 5 minutes or in a microwave-proof dish filled with water for 1-2 minutes (360 W). Caution: Always use a towel or bandage between the skin and the pad to avoid frostbite/burns. Apply for a maximum of 20 minutes at a time, at 4-6 hour intervals. For external use only. Ask your doctor about using this product if you have diabetes or heart disease. To be kept in a place where children cannot see or reach. Consult your doctor if symptoms persist or worsen.
