Instructions for Use (Adults):
Take 1 lactobacilles and bifidobacteria tablet in the morning, before breakfast.
Take 2 plant tablets in the evening at mealtime.
Special Precautions:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Not recommended for people taking anticoagulants.
