Eladiet Good Night Melatonin is a dietary supplement for insomnia that combines melatonin with three herbal extracts (valerian, pasiflora and California poppy) and additional B vitamins such as B3, B6. Eladiet Good Night Melatonin's double-layer tablets allow the release of active ingredients in two phases for better action.

Melatonin is a hormone produced in the human body by the pituitary gland during the night and helps regulate the sleep and wake cycle. It is involved in maintaining the normal circadian rhythm (biological clock of the body) that plays a decisive role for normal sleep. Melatonin helps to reduce the time we need to fall asleep. It also helps to relieve the symptoms of jet lag. Vitamin B6 and vitamin B3 contribute to normal nervous system function.*

*The above are official health claims by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) 432/2012. The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee for Medicinal Products of Plant Origin (HMPC) have approved the use of valerian, pasiflora and escalsia as traditional herbal aids to relieve mild nervous tension, symptoms of mental stress and sleep disorders.

Dosage: 1 tablet half an hour before bedtime.
